Departure and Disposables

Charges are applicable for the departure and disposal items used in the work. Any disposable items provided by us, such as anodes, service kits, ropes, chains, tools, or floats, will be itemized on the final invoice.

Exclusions:

We do not perform the following tasks:

• Major Construction work including welding
• Work in or around underwater plant or machinery
• Diving in any other liquids except for water
• Confined space work or inspections
• HAZMAT Diving
• Certification of items' durability or strength.
• Work below 40m or requiring decompression

Warranties

We do not provide insurance or warranties for claims related to the work undertaken. The durability of the work is at the client's risk and is carried out in accordance with the mutually agreed-upon specifications in the scope of work. For example, when we conduct an underwater survey, we provide visual documentation of the findings, but we do not offer an assessment of an item's durability or suitability for a specific purpose.
